Available Positions:

Guest Service Intern
As a Guest Service Intern, you will help our team ensure our guests have a seamless and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).

• Welcoming guests to the properties and assisting during their stay (check-in).

• Offering additional services to guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc.).

• Providing information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, transportation, and cultural events.

• Supporting reception duties in our office.

• Coordinating with Property Management, Cleaning, and Maintenance teams for operational needs.

Property Management Intern
As a Property Management Intern, you will support our team in maintaining our properties and assisting with day-to-day operations. Your tasks may include:

• Helping to ensure properties are prepared and maintained to the highest standards for guest arrivals.

• Assisting in coordination with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues.

• Participating in regular property inspections and reporting findings.

• Helping with administrative tasks related to property upkeep and owner relations.

• Being present in the Málaga, Benalmádena or Torremolinos area, as some tasks require on-site support.

• Assisting with creation of visual content for the properties (photoshoots and video tours).
