Your mission

Join REMS in Málaga for a hands-on internship in our Guest Service Department, designed for students who want real experience working with international guests in a professional hospitality environment.


Guest Service Intern


As a Guest Service Intern, you will help our team ensure our guests have a seamless and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).

  • Welcoming guests to the properties and assisting during their stay (check-in).

  • Offering additional services to guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc.).

  • Providing information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, transportation, and cultural events.

  • Supporting reception duties in our office.

  • Coordinating with Property Management, Cleaning, and Maintenance teams for operational needs.

Your profile

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution

  • Able to sign an internship agreement (convenio) with your university

  • Intermediate level of Spanish and English (both spoken and written)

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Motivation to learn and proactive attitude

  • Interest in hospitality and guest relations

  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
