Your mission

Join REMS in Málaga for a hands-on internship in our Guest Service Department, designed for students who want real experience working with international guests in a professional hospitality environment.

Guest Service Intern

As a Guest Service Intern, you will help our team ensure our guests have a seamless and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Guiding guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
Welcoming guests to the properties and assisting during their stay (check-in).
Offering additional services to guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc.).
Providing information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, transportation, and cultural events.
Supporting reception duties in our office.
Coordinating with Property Management, Cleaning, and Maintenance teams for operational needs.

Your profile

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution
Able to sign an internship agreement (convenio) with your university
Intermediate level of Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
Good communication and organizational skills
Motivation to learn and proactive attitude
Interest in hospitality and guest relations
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
